For the community, by the community

Designed for member organizations and the instructors who fill their programs, the Instructor Program is a unique, funded endeavor for members to share knowledge and provide opportunities for professional growth.

Meet the inaugural 2024 participants who will be traveling as far as New York City to Hawaii!

How to participate:

Shadow
- Travel to a host MLC organization and work alongside their team as they conduct programs and give you an inside look at the curriculum, methods and ethos that drive their mobile lab.
Host
- Provide the opportunity to have an MLC member shadow your team; both in-field and in-office time is expected as well as any special areas of education and professional development in which the host excels.
Exchange
- Two member organizations exchange instructors for two shadow experiences occurring simultaneously or not.

Who can participate:

Any current MLC organization and/or member may submit an application to participate. Membership must be up-to-date at the time of application.

Costs:

The instruction program is funded by the MLC!

Costs covered include:

Instructors:

Roundtrip travel
Housing for three nights
Daily food per diems
Complimentary registration to MLC's Annual Conference

Hosts:

Expenses and experience for guest
Complimentary registration to the MLC Annual Conference
