When should I book my hotel room?

​It is recommended you book your hotel room as soon as possible. We have reserved a block of rooms that are available at the discounted rate of $159 per night. Below are key deadlines, including the room block deadline which is June 20.

• April 15: Registration open

• May 16: Deadline for discounted early registration

• May 30: Deadline for workshop and curriculum showcase presentation submissions

• May 30: Deadline for travel scholarship applications

• June 20: Room block hold expires

The primary location for the conference is the Courtyard Gaithersburg Washingtonian Center 204 Boardwalk Place, Gaithersburg, MD 20878.

 

Is there free parking?

Yes, the Courtyard Gaithersburg Washingtonian Center hotel includes free parking.

 

When is check in and check out for the preferred hotel?

Check in at the Courtyard Gaithersburg Washingtonian Center begins at 3 p.m. and check out is at noon EST.

We encourage participation from team members at all levels and offer a variety of options for presenting. Email us to learn more and/or submit an abstract by using this link. You may also submit a travel scholarship request through this same form.

How do I apply for a travel scholarship?

If you have questions or would like to apply for a travel scholarship, use this link to submit a request. A limited number of travel scholarships (up to $700) may be available to help offset the cost of attending the conference. Preference will be given to those presenting at the conference and with a financial need. More information will be provided in the near future.
